Cobre is seeking an experienced backend engineer to lead risk-focused features in our AI-native platform. You will own end-to-end delivery, shape when to apply AI, and design deterministic, compliant flows for onboarding and KYB processes.

You will work across Go, Node/TypeScript, and Vue 3 in a cloud-native environment, with a focus on reliability, latency, and transparent auditing of decisions.

Formación

• 5+ years building and operating production backend services with ownership of shipped work.
• Depth in at least one backend language; Go preferred; stack includes Go-first with Node/TypeScript and Vue 3.

Responsabilidades

• Own features end-to-end from framing to API design, rollout, and metrics.
• Decide where AI belongs; prefer deterministic rules over models when appropriate.
• Design for model failure with escalation paths and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Define success with golden datasets, evaluation suites, and production thresholds.
• Treat prompts, models, and thresholds as engineering artifacts and version them.
• Build deterministic scaffolding around nondeterministic parts with event-driven pipelines and audits.
• Plan metrics and dashboards up front; ensure traceability and robust monitoring.
• Meet compliance requirements as first-class design constraints.
• Mentor engineers, review code, and help others own features end-to-end.
