Visa is looking for a Director of Software Engineering to lead the YP ADS / Alias platform. This role combines strategic leadership with technical expertise, focusing on modern product development using Generative AI to improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in distributed systems and cloud platform engineering, driving engineering efforts across product delivery and production reliability. Strong leadership skills and fluency in both Spanish and English are required.

Formación

• 10+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or similar qualifications.
• 15+ years of engineering experience in distributed systems and cloud platform engineering.
• Advanced Spanish & English level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional engineering organization for the YP ADS / Alias platform on GCP.
• Drive GenAI-first engineering practices to improve workflows.
• Deliver reliable distributed systems that meet business needs.
