BYD Colombia seeks a strategic Head of Fast Charging to lead the development and commercial performance of BYD's Flash Charging across Latin America. You will define regional strategy, investment priorities and align operating models with BYD standards and industry practices to support vehicle sales and financial sustainability.

Formación

• At least 12 years of experience in energy, mobility or infrastructure, with more than five years in EV charging.
• Proven ability to develop charging businesses, negotiate partnerships and manage commercial results.
• Experience coordinating with global HQ and regional teams across Latin America.
• Strong understanding of charging economics, network planning, grid connections and energy storage.
• Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus; fluent English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Define market priorities, network coverage and rollout plans across Latin America.
• Own the regional business plan and financial performance; set revenue targets and investment proposals.
• Lead regional partnerships and negotiations with dealers, retailers, property owners and charging partners.
• Set country targets and delivery standards; review site pipelines and budgets.
• Define BYD and partner responsibilities across real estate, engineering, maintenance and digital services.
• Set regional product priorities for charging equipment, energy storage and payments; align with global capabilities.
• Set service standards, review availability and customer experience; drive improvements.
• Develop country and regional capabilities and coordinate regulatory and commercial issues.
