BYD Colombia is seeking an experienced Fleet Sales Manager to lead growth in the Colombian passenger vehicle fleet segment. You will develop strategic opportunities, build and manage corporate accounts, and drive end-to-end negotiations and contract closures.

Responsibilities include shaping fleet strategies, coordinating with Finance, Legal, Logistics and Marketing, and ensuring the delivery of superior customer experiences across national accounts.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in automotive sales, fleet sales, or B2B business development.
• Experience with corporate accounts and high-value deals.
• Knowledge of the Colombian automotive market and procurement processes.
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management.
• Willingness to travel nationally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead fleet sales projects from prospecting to contract closure.
• Establish and maintain relationships with corporate customers and government entities.
• Develop and implement fleet sales strategies to expand presence.
• Build a robust sales pipeline and convert opportunities into transactions.
• Coordinate commercial proposals, tenders, and RFPs.
• Negotiate vehicle pricing, quantities, and delivery terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and smooth delivery.
• Travel nationally to manage accounts.
