Google is seeking a Principal Strategy and Insights Lead for Spanish‑Speaking Latam to guide industry dialogue and shape go‑to‑market insights. You will collaborate with Sales Leaders to position Google’s products through compelling narratives and customized solutions.

You will help drive growth by translating data into client‑facing strategies and scalable insights tools, partnering with global teams across the Ads business. This is a senior, strategic role focused on impact and leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
• 5 years of experience in consumer and market insights, media measurement, and privacy landscape.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize AI technologies to analyze first‑ and third‑party data, uncovering actionable intelligence on consumer behavior, industry trends, and market opportunities.
• Partner closely to Account teams to formulating vertical‑specific thought leadership strategies.
• Transform complex data into forward‑thinking, actionable stories to help clients understand audiences and opportunities.
• Empower sales conversations by aligning Google’s products with client and partner objectives and identifying new opportunities.
• Design and develop automated, scalable insights tools, including interactive dashboards and AI‑driven insights agents.
