Lemon Ads is seeking a Senior Google & PPC Media Buyer to lead strategy, execution, optimization, and scaling of Google Ads campaigns for a portfolio of DTC e-commerce clients.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep analytics, and the ability to manage substantial budgets while aligning with business economics. Remote work across Latin America is supported, with coverage during U.S. PST hours.

Formación

• At least 5 years of hands-on Google Ads and PPC media-buying experience.
• Significant experience managing paid media for DTC e-commerce brands.
• Previous experience at a performance marketing agency or managing multiple accounts.
• Proven experience scaling DTC e-commerce brands while maintaining profitability.
• Expert-level knowledge of Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and remarketing.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Advertising.
• Advanced proficiency with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Shopify, and spreadsheet analysis.
• Strong understanding of attribution, first-party data, and privacy-related measurement changes.
• Ability to diagnose complex performance problems and explain decisions clearly.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work full-time during U.S. PST hours.
• Proactive ownership and initiative to identify opportunities and risks early.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute advanced Google Ads strategies for multiple DTC brands.
• Build, manage, optimize, and scale campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and display networks.
• Manage Microsoft Advertising campaigns including Bing Search, Shopping, and Copilot placements.
• Conduct complete account audits and fix structure, tracking, feeds, and landing pages.
• Create account structures aligned with objectives, products, profitability, and CAC goals.
• Allocate budgets across campaigns and markets based on performance and profitability.
• Analyze ROAS, MER, CAC, AOV, LTV, and other business metrics.
• Prepare client-facing reports with insights, actions, risks, and next steps.
• Collaborate with creative to improve messaging and assets.
• Monitor attribution and tracking across GA4, GTM, Shopify, and Looker Studio.
• Stay current on AI-advertising formats and measurement changes.
• Support AI advertising pilots with testing plans and budget recommendations.
• Work across accounts in a fast-paced agency and assist during major promotions.
