EPAM Systems is seeking a Chief Operations & Process Specialist / Staffing Operations Specialist to bring order and clarity to staffing across LATAM, including Colombia. You will design workflows, align stakeholders and drive scalable workforce systems.

The role emphasizes turning uncertain details into structured processes, continuous improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable staffing and operational execution across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a technology-focused organization.
• Fluency in Spanish (native) and professional English for workplace interactions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organized reasoning abilities.
• Ability to turn messy, unstructured details into coherent workflows.
• Genuine enthusiasm for process design and improving order.
• Exceptional organizational capability with meticulous attention to detail.
• Self-starter who can take charge and push projects forward.
• Comfort working solo in a fast-changing, unpredictable environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication enabling cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine workflow systems tied to staffing and supply duties.
• Investigate shifting, intricate operational flows to spot inefficiencies and craft practical remedies.
• Produce thorough documentation while establishing repeatable, scalable methods for teams to follow.
• Align stakeholders so that everyday staffing and operational tasks run consistently and dependably throughout LATAM.
• Assist with regional staffing needs and resolve escalated staffing concerns.
• Lead initiatives independently, owning operational improvements from start to finish.
• Work closely with colleagues across departments to agree on priorities and shape joint solutions.
