Job summary

REBEL is a fast-growing Workplace Health company expanding in LatAm. We’re seeking a Special Projects Manager in Colombia to own day-to-day market ops, keep clients happy, and coordinate with a growing on-ground team. You’ll report to senior leadership, enjoy autonomy, and drive impact in weeks, not years.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in startup/consulting with client-facing, operations, or business development experience. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, native-level Spanish is required.
• Excellent communication with C-suite and HR teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work across time zones and travel as needed.
• Based in Colombia with right to work there.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day market operations and client relationships.
• Coordinate onboarding, check-ins and quarterly reviews.
• Track KPIs, generate reports, identify renewals or upsell opportunities.
• Ensure SLAs are met and build scalable processes.
• Support HR, payroll and compliance for local staff.
• Lead on-site activations and vendor coordination.
• Develop pipeline with multinationals and local corporates.
