Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a regional security leader to drive practical actions across Latin America, balancing cross-country laws, languages, and cultures while maintaining Gallagher standards.

You will oversee physical security reviews, risk assessments, and incident response, collaborating with HR, Legal, Real Estate, Compliance, and other teams. Regular travel across the region is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in security management, criminal justice, emergency management, international relations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate security or related risk function.
• Experience across multiple Latin American countries or jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of Global Safety & Security across Latin America.
• Serve as regional in-country security contact for leaders and employees.
• Conduct country risk assessments, site reviews, and incident investigations; coordinate response and remediation.
