Beijing Foreign Enterprise Management Consultants Co., Ltd. seeks a Regional Training Manager to design and implement the L&D strategy across LATAM, building programs from scratch and aligning with global goals.

You will lead country-level training operations in Colombia, Brazil, Peru, Chile, and more, overseeing in-field performance, certifications, and partner enablement while reporting to regional and global directors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Training Management or L&D in Retail/Tech.
• Experience managing multi-country LATAM initiatives.
• Advanced English required (C1).

Responsabilités

• Develop country-level training plans and track reach and performance against targets.
• Collaborate with Global and Regional teams to localize training content.
• Build and run education programs including certifications and workshops.
• Coordinate weekly regional meetings and report to Directors.
• Conduct quarterly in-field assessments and identify training gaps.
