Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in research, consulting, strategy, business analysis, program development, or related fields.
• Experience conducting market research, data analysis, and developing insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Experience supporting business case development, program assessments, or growth initiatives.
• Exposure to employer engagement, talent market analysis, workforce development, education, or social impact programs is a plus.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders and functions in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Experience in Latin America or knowledge of regional labor market dynamics is desirable.

• Analyze employment trends, salary benchmarks, AI resilience, implementation considerations, and career pathways.
• Synthesize research findings into clear insights and recommendations for country and regional teams.

• Maintain employer engagement records in Generation systems (e.g., Salesforce).
