SoftwareOne Deutschland GmbH in Colombia is seeking a Payroll Analyst (Advanced English) to join our LATAM People & Culture team. You will manage the full payroll cycle for LATAM employees, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and coordinate onboarding and offboarding with regional colleagues.

You’ll collaborate with international teams, maintain accurate HRIS data, and contribute to a positive employee experience through accurate payroll processing and strong governance of payroll

Formación

• Technical or professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields, with experience in payroll management and employee onboarding processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full payroll cycle for employees in the LATAM region.
• Ensure correct application of local labor laws and internal guidelines.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Work closely with local and international People & Culture teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in payroll tools and HRIS.

The role

Payroll Analyst (Advanced English)

LATAM / Location: Colombia

What a day-to-day in this role looks like:

• Manage the full payroll cycle for employees in the region.

• Work closely with local and international People & Culture teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in payroll tools and HRIS.

What we need to see from you

Technical or professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields, with experience in payroll management and employee onboarding processes.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in payroll tools and HRIS systems (ideally Workday).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.
• Proficiency in English.

Desired skills:

• Knowledge of regional labor legislation.
• Previous experience in payroll management and onboarding processes
