SoftwareOne Deutschland GmbH in Colombia is seeking a Payroll Analyst (Advanced English) to manage LATAM payroll for the region, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company guidelines. You will coordinate onboarding and offboarding and collaborate with local and international People & Culture teams.

The role emphasizes accurate payroll execution, HRIS use (Workday), and a focus on employee experiences within a multicultural environment.

Formación

• Technical or professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience in payroll management and employee onboarding processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full payroll cycle for LATAM employees.
• Ensure correct application of local labor laws and internal guidelines.

What a day-to-day in this role looks like:

What we need to see from you

Technical or professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields, with experience in payroll management and employee onboarding processes.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in payroll tools and HRIS systems (ideally Workday).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.
• Proficiency in English.
