SoftwareOne Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Tax Senior Analyst to support tax and financial operations across Colombia and regional Latin America, ensuring compliance and data quality. You will collaborate with stakeholders, drive reconciliations, and contribute to monthly closes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Tax, regional LATAM experience, ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) and strong Excel along with solid English and analytical skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Business Administration, or related field.
• Regional tax experience with at least 2 Latin American countries.
• Knowledge of tax processes, accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar ERP and strong Excel skills.
• Intermediate English; strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and validate tax processes, tax returns, reports and supporting documentation across the region.
• Perform reconciliations, balance analyses, and monthly closing activities.
• Provide support for internal and external audits and requests from Finance and Tax teams.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal policies and controls.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization and efficiency.
