SoftwareOne is hiring a Payroll Analyst for LATAM with advanced English to manage the full payroll cycle for Colombia. You will ensure compliance with local labor laws, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, and work closely with regional and international People & Culture teams. Proficiency in Workday and strong English are required.

The role focuses on accurate payroll processing, data integrity, and ongoing process improvements within a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in payroll management and onboarding processes preferred.
• Strong English communication and collaboration with international teams required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full payroll cycle for employees in LATAM Colombia region.
• Ensure correct application of local labor laws and internal guidelines.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Work closely with local and international People & Culture teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in payroll tools and HRIS.

Payroll Analyst (Advanced English)

LATAM / Location: Colombia

What a day-to-day in this role looks like:

• Manage the full payroll cycle for employees in the region.
• Ensure correct application of local labor laws and internal guidelines.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Work closely with local and international People & Culture teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in payroll tools and HRIS.

Job Requirements

Technical or professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields, with experience in payroll management and employee onboarding processes.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in payroll tools and HRIS systems (ideally Workday).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.
• Proficiency in English.

Desired skills

• Knowledge of regional labor legislation.
• Previous experience in payroll management and onboarding processes
