Job summary

Eron International in Bogotá is expanding its global payments technology reach and seeks a Sales Manager for Colombia. The role focuses on acquiring new B2B merchants in LATAM, building strategic partnerships, and representing us at industry events.

You will run multichannel outreach, manage a CRM-driven pipeline, and leverage AI tools to craft proposals. Travel and English proficiency are required; experience in payments is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in the payments industry (PSPs, gateways, fintech) is required.
• Proven B2B hunter / new business experience with results.
• Strong analytical skills and ROI-focused proposals.
• Basic knowledge of AI applied to sales; daily use of tools like ChatGPT/Claude/Copilot.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM; keep pipeline and forecast up to date.
• Willingness to work with adult content industry; training provided.
• Travel to industry events and field visits as needed.
• Basic English skills; intermediate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hunt new B2B merchants in LATAM across Colombia and beyond.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Run multichannel outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone, WhatsApp, referrals.
• Develop partnerships with platforms, studios, and event organizers.
• Maintain and forecast pipeline in HubSpot; report metrics.
• Leverage AI tools for research, proposals and analysis.
• Occasional client visits to manage portfolio.
