Eron International in Colombia is seeking a Sales Manager to lead new merchant acquisition in the creator and content industry across LATAM. You will build strategic partnerships, represent the company at events, and drive deals from prospecting to closing with a focus on AI-enabled sales processes.

You will manage multichannel outreach, nurture a robust pipeline in HubSpot, and collaborate with platforms, studios, and event organizers.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in payments/fintech.
• Proven B2B sales track record.
• Strong ROI and proposal skills.
• Basic English; intermediate a plus.
• Willingness to travel for events.

Responsabilités

• Hunt new B2B merchants in LATAM and manage full sales cycle.
• Run multichannel outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone, WhatsApp.
• Develop partnerships in the content industry across LATAM.
• Identify events, build business cases, and represent at fairs.
• Maintain HubSpot pipeline, forecast, and metrics reporting.
• Use AI tools for prospect research and proposals.
• Occasionally visit clients for portfolio and account support.
