Medtronic seeks an IT Support professional to serve LATAM employees from Bogotá, delivering technical assistance for hardware, software, and networking while ensuring business continuity. The role involves incident handling, collaboration with IT teams, and using ITSM tools to resolve issues efficiently.

Required are a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, 2+ years in IT support, and strong customer service with English at least B2. On-site position with Medtronic across LATAM is offered.

Formación

• 2+ years of IT Support, Help Desk, Service Desk, Technical Support, or End-User Support environments.
• English proficiency (minimum B2).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve technical problems that originate by telephone in a call center/help desk environment.
• Provide technical support to users for PC, server or mainframe applications and hardware.
• May work with technical, sales, customer service or marketing staff to resolve recurring problems and issues with products.
• Interact with network services, software systems engineering and/or applications development to restore service or identify problems.
• Maintain a troubleshooting tracking log ensuring timely resolution of problems.
• Recommend systems modifications to reduce user problems.
