Alarm.com is seeking an International Technical Support Associate to join our LATAM-focused team in Bogota, Colombia. This hybrid role requires three days in the office and focuses on providing quick, thorough, and reliable technical support to channel partners and customers across the LATAM region.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in technical support or sales, strong English and Spanish, and solid computer skills.

Formación

• 2+ years of work experience in technical support and/or sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and oral).
• Strong technical aptitude and computer skills (e.g., Web-based applications, Mobile applications).

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional technical support for LATAM dealers, distributors, and customers.
• Document calls, issues, resolutions, and follow-up in the support system.
• Develop and revise technical support documentation for products and processes.
• Collaborate with team members to improve quality and service.
• Monitor support queues and escalate where needed.
• Contribute to trainings and pre-sales tech support with Sales Eng.
• Other duties as assigned.
