Retail Human Resources plc seeks an ambitious Business Development Executive to expand its footprint across Colombia and the wider LATAM region. You will work with sales, marketing and client relations to grow the partner and client network, identify opportunities, and convert leads into active trading clients.

Role requires networking, negotiation, and strong communication, with experience in business development or sales in forex/CFD.

Formación

• Experience in business development, sales or account management within forex/CFD.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with partners and clients across LATAM.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Colombia and LATAM.
• Build relationships with introducing brokers, affiliates, and partners.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
• Conduct market research to spot opportunities and inform strategy.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and client relations to grow the network.
