IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM on a remote basis. The role partners with project and clinical leads to deliver on contract objectives while optimizing speed, quality and cost.

You will oversee global projects, drive RBM analytics, and ensure compliance with ICH GCP and local regulations. Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA) with ICH GCP knowledge.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; ability to manage multiple global projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee global clinical deliverables.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies for study monitoring.
• Act as Clinical Lead when needed and manage project resources.
• Develop study management plans and RBM tools to ensure quality and compliance.
• mentor junior staff and ensure audit readiness.
