Numerator is seeking a Benefits Specialist to design, administer and communicate employee benefits across LATAM, based in Colombia. You will partner with regional HR teams to tailor offerings to local needs while ensuring regulatory compliance and competitive market positioning.

You will manage statutory benefits across Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Peru, working with brokers and internal stakeholders to optimize costs and ensure clear communication to staff.

Formación

• LATAM-focused benefits administration experience preferred.
• Fluent English required.
• Knowledge of LATAM regulatory landscapes: Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Peru.
• Experience navigating multi-country benefits in a remote or distributed HR environment preferred.
• Proficiency with LATAM payroll integration with benefits.
• Spanish fluency required; Portuguese helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, administration and communication of LATAM benefits programs across LATAM.
• Partner with regional HR teams to tailor benefits to local needs with market benchmarking.
• Manage country-specific statutory benefits (social security, severance funds, 13th/14th month salaries).
• Oversee relationships with regional insurers and wellness vendors; negotiate plan designs and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with local labor codes, tax laws and social security mandates in each country.
• Coordinate with payroll and legal teams for tax and contribution treatment.
