INGEPSY is seeking a Benefits Specialist to lead the design, administration, and communication of employee benefits across the LATAM region, based in Colombia. You will partner with regional HR teams to tailor offerings to local markets and ensure compliance with local laws.

Responsibilities include managing statutory benefits, social security, vendor relationships, and plan designs across LATAM, while maintaining awareness of currency and inflation impacts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in LATAM markets preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, administration, and communication of LATAM benefits programs.
• Partner with regional HR teams to tailor benefits to local markets.
• Manage country-specific statutory benefits and social security requirements.
• Oversee vendor relationships and plan designs within LATAM inflation context.
• Ensure compliance with local labor codes and tax rules across LATAM.
