Kaplan Languages Group (KLG) is seeking a Payroll Associate to support payroll preparation and processing across multiple countries. You will collect inputs, validate data, and ensure accurate payroll execution with ADP Celergo and HiBob, while maintaining data integrity and compliance with confidentiality requirements.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in payroll, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication for collaboration with international teams.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience with Payroll processes.
• Strong Excel and data manipulation skills.
• Clear written and spoken English for international colleagues and providers.
• Ability to learn new payroll systems quickly and follow structured processes and controls.

Responsabilidades

• Payroll preparation and processing across assigned countries and cycles.
• Extract, clean, validate, and format payroll data for ADP Celergo and other providers.
• Upload input files and perform pre-processing checks before payroll cut-off dates.
• Reconcile payroll inputs and outputs and investigate discrepancies.
• Support data privacy and maintain accurate payroll records.
