Job summary

Auxis LLC is seeking a Jr End-Point Engineer to support a large managed endpoint environment across the Americas. You will resolve incidents, assist with imaging, deployment, and patching using SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune, with room to grow into advanced endpoint engineering.

You will work under guidance from senior engineers and participate in ticket-driven IT operations with a focus on English communication and documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree or technical diploma in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-2+ years of experience in IT support or endpoint operations in an enterprise environment.
• Working knowledge of Windows client OS and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Exposure to endpoint management tools such as SCCM/MECM and/or Microsoft Intune.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident-resolution fundamentals.
• Good documentation habits and ticket hygiene.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to grow into senior endpoint engineering responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated endpoint incidents on Windows devices.
• Execute deployments, patch remediation, and compliance fixes in SCCM/MECM and Intune.
• Assist with device provisioning and imaging, including Windows Autopilot enrollment.
• Monitor deployment and patch dashboards and remediate failures.
• Support packaging and testing under guidance of senior engineers.
• Maintain device collections and inventory hygiene in SCCM and Intune.
• Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge base.
