Auxis is seeking an End-Point Lead/Architect to own strategy, architecture, and team leadership for endpoint management across SCCM/MECM and Intune. You will guide the migration from on-premises to cloud-first management while coordinating with Security and NOC teams.

The role requires strong architecture skills and hands-on implementation experience. You will oversee OS deployment, imaging, packaging, patch management, and co-management strategies, mentor engineers, and report progress to

Formación

• 5+ years in Endpoint Management or End-User Computing (EUC)
• 2+ years in a Lead or Architect role
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM/MECM
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
• Co-management, hybrid Azure AD, and security baselines familiarity
• Experience designing enterprise endpoint solutions and roadmaps
• Leadership and mentoring of engineering teams
• Strong English communication skills and stakeholder collaboration

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end architecture and roadmap for endpoint management (SCCM/MECM and Intune)
• Lead the Endpoint Engineer Sr./Jr. team and set technical direction
• Design and govern device configuration, compliance, and security baselines in Intune
• Drive migration to cloud-first Intune management and Autopilot deployment
• Own OS deployment, imaging, packaging, and patch management standards
• Serve as escalation point for complex endpoint issues
• Collaborate with Security and NOC to meet compliance and remediation
• Coordinate MDM/MAM policy design per client scope
• Maintain endpoint architecture documentation
• Mentor staff on SCCM/Intune administration
• Report on endpoint health and project status
