Auxis LLC is seeking a Senior End-Point Engineer to advance our End-User Computing capabilities across a global managed service. You will own configuration of SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune, drive OS deployment, patching, and policy enforcement, and assist in migrating to cloud-first management.

You will also develop automation scripts, mentor junior engineers, and ensure robust documentation and security baselines for large-scale endpoint environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on endpoint engineering in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with SCCM/MECM, including OSD, packaging, and patch management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including configuration profiles, compliance policies, and Windows Autopilot.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for endpoint automation.
• Knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD) concepts relevant to endpoint management (hybrid join, conditional access).
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows client OS, drivers, and applications.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and maintain the SCCM/MECM environment: collections, deployments, OS deployment (OSD) sequences, and distribution point health.
• Administer Microsoft Intune: device configuration profiles, compliance policies, app deployments, and Windows Autopilot provisioning.
• Package, test, and deploy applications across the managed endpoint estate with proper packaging standards.
• Execute endpoint patch management cycles, monitor deployment success, and remediate failures.
• Support migration from SCCM-based management to Intune modern management and coordinate migration waves.
• Serve as escalation point for complex endpoint incidents and drive root cause resolution.
• Develop endpoint security baseline configurations in coordination with security requirements.
• Create scripts and automation to streamline endpoint tasks (PowerShell).
• Mentor junior End-Point Engineers and maintain endpoint configuration documentation.
• Support hardware refresh and large-scale deployments, including imaging and provisioning logistics.
