Auxis in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking an End-Point Engineer Jr to join the End-User Computing team overseeing a large managed endpoint estate across the Americas. You will perform incident resolution, deployments, imaging, patch remediation, and routine administration in SCCM and Microsoft Intune.

Under the guidance of senior engineers, you will grow into more advanced endpoint engineering tasks while expanding your knowledge of Windows, MS 365, and ITIL-aligned processes.

Formación

• Degree or technical diploma in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2+ years of IT support, desktop support, or endpoint operations in an enterprise environment.
• Working knowledge of Windows client OS and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Exposure to endpoint management tools such as SCCM/MECM and/or Intune.
• Strong troubleshooting and methodical incident-resolution skills.
• Excellent documentation habits and ticket hygiene.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Eagerness to grow into senior endpoint engineering responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve escalated endpoint incidents from the Service Desk on managed Windows devices.
• Execute application deployments, patch remediation, and compliance fixes in SCCM/MECM and Intune.
• Support device provisioning and imaging activities, including Windows Autopilot enrollment and OSD tasks.
• Monitor deployment and patching dashboards and remediate failures.
• Assist with application packaging and testing under senior guidance.
• Maintain device collections, groups, and inventory in SCCM and Intune.
• Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge bases and runbooks.
• Support hardware refresh and endpoint migration tasks.
• Follow incident, request, and change management processes with proper ticket documentation.
• Grow platform expertise through mentoring and progressively complex assignments.

Job Summary

The End-Point Engineer Jr is a hands-on member of the End-User Computing team for the Mosaic Infrastructure Managed Services engagement, supporting the day-to-day operation of a managed endpoint estate of roughly 11,000+ devices across the United States, Canada, Brazil, Peru, and Paraguay. Working under the guidance of the End-Point Engineer Sr. and the End-Point Lead/Architect, this role handles endpoint incident resolution, deployment execution, imaging, patch remediation, and routine administration in SCCM (Configuration Manager/MECM) and Microsoft Intune, building toward more advanced endpoint engineering responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated endpoint incidents from the Service Desk, including OS, application, driver, and policy-related issues on managed Windows devices.
• Execute application deployments, patch remediation, and compliance fixes in SCCM/MECM and Intune under established procedures.
• Support device provisioning and imaging activities, including Windows Autopilot enrollment and OSD task sequence execution.
• Monitor deployment and patching dashboards, identifying and remediating failed installations on endpoints.
• Assist with application packaging and testing under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Maintain device collections, groups, and inventory hygiene in SCCM and Intune.
• Document resolutions and contribute to the team's knowledge base and runbooks.
• Support hardware refresh and endpoint migration waves, including device preparation and validation tasks.
• Follow the account's incident, request, and change management processes with accurate ticket documentation.
• Grow platform expertise over time through mentoring, training, and progressively complex assignments.

Skills And Experience

Required Qualifications

• Degree or technical diploma in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-2+ years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or endpoint operations in an enterprise environment.
• Working knowledge of Windows client operating systems and common enterprise applications (Microsoft 365 suite).
• Exposure to endpoint management tools such as SCCM/MECM and/or Microsoft Intune.
• Solid troubleshooting fundamentals and a methodical approach to incident resolution.
• Good documentation habits and disciplined ticket hygiene.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Eagerness to learn and grow into senior endpoint engineering responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft fundamentals-level certification (e.g., MD-102 coursework, MS-900) or equivalent training.
• Basic PowerShell scripting exposure.
• Experience working within ITIL-based processes (incident, request, change).
• Experience in a managed services or enterprise support environment.
• Trilingual Spanish/English/Portuguese a MUST.

Technical Skills & Tools
