Junior Developer - Figma & Webflow Expertise

We are a fast-growing vertical SaaS company that leverages innovation and disruptive technologies to improve consumer experiences, outcomes, and predictability in elective medicine. Our team thrives on challenges, embraces change, and is dedicated to transforming our industry.

Adoreal is scaling rapidly, and this role is designed to support growth. As we automate more of our content production, scheduling, and reporting processes, we are looking for a strategic implementor who can take on high-impact work in sales and marketing automation.

Who We're Looking For

A Junior Developer with a strong interest in web design and development. Foundational experience with Figma and Webflow, along with a passion for creating user-friendly, visually appealing websites. Looking to grow their skills and contribute to a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain visually appealing, user-friendly websites using Webflow, ensuring they are optimized for performance.


• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life.


• Ensure websites are responsive and compatible across various devices and browsers.


• Implement SEO best practices to improve site visibility and search rankings.


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website functionality, performance, or user experience.


• Support the design and development team in delivering projects on time and with high-quality standards.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience with a basic to intermediate proficiency in Figma and Webflow, with a portfolio showcasing your work.


• Understanding of UX/UI principles and a strong desire to learn and grow in this field.


• Familiarity with responsive design practices and web development fundamentals.


• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and how they apply to web design.


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.


• Advanced level (C1) communication skills, with fluency in English.
