A growing vertical SaaS company in Colombia is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to enhance user experiences through innovative designs. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in UX/UI and strong English communication skills. You'll engage in user research, collaborate with product teams, and design intuitive user experiences. Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a senior UX/UI Designer who is passionate about innovation and motivated to succeed. We value free thinkers who can help us create effective processes and eliminate unnecessary ones. Strong English communication skills are a must.

As senior UX/UI designer, you will collaborate with product managers to understand upcoming projects, map customer needs, and create responsive designs for desktop and mobile. In addition, you should manage the design system within the brand guidelines. Responsibilities

• Actively engage in consumer research initiatives to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
• Understand information architecture and think logically over the user experience.
• Work with the product and development teams to ensure that the design meets the visual and engagement goals as defined in the requirements across products.
• Incorporate design patterns, accessibility, and consistent usage of design system components.
• Participate in design sprints, design workshops, and design thinking exercises to produce and refine ideas.
• Maintain, promote, and improve visual components and design system when necessary.
• Design user experiences that are simple, intuitive, and elegant.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI.
• Proficient in English with advanced skills in both written and spoken communication.
• Proficient in developing solutions for both enterprise and consumer software environments.
• Demonstrates initiative and proactiveness in enhancing product features.
• Tolerance to ambiguity.
• Experience working with tools such as Figma and Miro.
