Adoreal is scaling rapidly, and this role is designed to support growth. As we automate more of our content production, scheduling, and reporting processes, we are looking for a strategic implementor who can take on high-impact work in sales and marketing automation

Who We're Looking For

A Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marketing & Design team. This designer will play a key role in creating and adapting visual content for high-end aesthetic clinics across the UK, US, Sweden, and Switzerland. The role focuses on the consistent production of AI-generated imagery, website visuals, blog images, and social media content—ensuring visual coherence across all communication channels. This role also supports the senior design team with asset adaptation, templates, and visual adjustments, helping maintain the premium quality standard that defines Adoreal.

Responsibilities

Image Creation & Optimization

Generate and refine AI-based imagery (using tools like Leonardo AI, Midjourney, etc.) for websites, treatment pages, blogs, and social media in line with each clinic's aesthetic.

Before & After Photo Retouching

Perform light retouching and optimization of before and after photos to enhance clarity, consistency, and aesthetic presentation across clinic websites and galleries—while preserving authenticity and realism.

Web Design Support

Assist in designing visual assets within Figma, aligning with our templates and layouts for treatment pages, before/after galleries, and blogs.

Social Media Visuals

Design graphics and video thumbnails for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Collaborate with content and video teams to align on look & feel.

Brand Consistency & Adaptations

Create design variations for multiple clinics while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines. Adapt master designs into derivative assets (e.g. resizing, localization, format shifts).

Template Design

Build reusable templates in Figma, or Adobe Suite to streamline visual production.

General Design Support

Assist senior designers with visual adjustments, layout fixes, presentation design, and campaign assets.

Production Efficiency

Help implement AI workflows to scale asset creation, improving quality and reducing turnaround time.

Requirements

• 2-4 years in graphic design, ideally with exposure to web and digital media.
  
  

Technical Skills:

• Proficient skills in Figma Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Familiarity with AI visual tools like Midjourney, Leonardo AI (a plus)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Understanding of Branding: Ability to interpret and apply different brand aesthetics across deliverables
• Digital-First Mindset: Experience working with content for websites, responsive design principles, and social media platforms
• Communication: Able to work with copywriters, video editors, and project managers
• Adaptability: Comfortable with fast-paced environments, short feedback cycles, and evolving tools (AI/automation)
• Language: English proficiency, advanced (C1) (spoken & written)
