PRGX is seeking a Business Analyst in Medellín, Colombia to support client reporting and data analysis. The role focuses on delivering accurate dashboards and reports, and enabling data-driven decisions for field staff and management.

You'll verify data integrity, develop standardized reporting, and perform KPI analysis, with English language requirements. This full-time position offers growth opportunities within a global analytics environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of related experience in dashboards or reports.
• Experience managing dashboards for managers or finance teams.
• Strong Power BI knowledge; familiarity with SQL or MS Access.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with field staff and management to deliver client reports and analyses.
• Verify data accuracy to ensure integrity of inputs for reports.
• Analyze and summarize critical data into meaningful information.
• Edit and proofread reports for accuracy, clarity and value.
• Develop and maintain standardized reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly).
• Create historical and benchmark reports; update client data per contracts.
• Provide analysis support to Sales/Marketing/Operations on audit history.
• Identify opportunities to streamline current processes and reporting.
• Prioritize reports to meet scope and deadlines.
• Conduct KPI analysis for clients.
• Assist with prospective client research and client data research.
• Prepare ad hoc reports as required.
• Contribute to team success by helping others and learning new skills.
