PRGX Global Inc. in Medellín, Colombia seeks a Jr Business Analyst to help deliver client reports, analyze data, and support decision-making.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in business/finance/analytics and 1–3 years in reporting or data analytics, with strong Excel and BI tool experience. You’ll develop dashboards, perform ad hoc analyses, and collaborate across Sales, Operations, and Client Services.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in reporting, business analysis, data analytics, or related role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI or Tableau experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret large data sets.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, analyze, and deliver client reports and business insights accurately and on time.
• Validate, interpret, and summarize data to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain recurring operational reports and KPI dashboards.
• Create trend analysis and benchmarking reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support Sales, Operations, and Client Services with research and reporting needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and efficiency.
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting established deadlines.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.
