- Must have 3-5 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong Java and MuleSoft experience.
- Backend services, production troubleshooting and incident support experience.
Responsabilidades
- Own backend Java services and platform-level engineering for the Case object ecosystem and related features.
- Contribute to MuleSoft capabilities and the integration layer across services.
- Support Service Cloud integrations and coordinate with internal teams on integration issues.
- Diagnose API and integration failures affecting Salesforce Service Cloud processes.
- Participate in the Developer First Responder rotation and Ops Review process.
- Triage alerts and monitor health KPIs for core Java services.
- Document findings and triage steps in Confluence; keep sprint data current.
- Collaborate across teams and follow DevOps processes to deliver work.
