Greystone Technology, a New Charter Company, is seeking a Technical Engineer to support Managed Services clients with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows, networking, VPNs, and security fundamentals. Based in Denver with hybrid work, the role requires 1+ year in IT support, strong customer service, and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic MSP environment.

• 1+ years in IT help desk or desktop support.
• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft technologies (Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows).
• Fundamental networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, VPNs.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve end-user issues.
• Ability to install and support peripheral devices.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot issues for Managed Services clients.
• Manage support tickets and client documentation.
• Respond to requests within SLA, target 30 minutes.
• Escalate issues when needed.
• Aim for 30 hours/week of client work and 75% utilization.
• Travel to local client locations daily/weekly.
• Collaborate across service lines to provide seamless support.
• Build trust with end users through responsive support.
