United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an IT Operations Intern in Bogotá, Colombia. You will join a fast-paced IT Operations team, providing end-user support, device provisioning, and system maintenance while gaining real-world experience in IT service delivery.

The role requires pursuing or recently completed degrees in CS/IT, familiarity with macOS/Windows, Jira, and Google Workspace. Remote/hybrid work options are available to accommodate students and new graduates.

Formación

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Preference for IT Operations, Systems Administration, or Infrastructure Management.
• Technical degree candidate seeking real-world IT Operations experience.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to and resolve IT service desk tickets in Jira related to hardware, software, or user access issues.
• Diagnose and resolve end-user device issues on macOS and Windows systems.
• Assist with device deployment, imaging, and distribution for new and existing employees.
• Onboarding and offboarding support including provisioning accounts and access removal.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, tagging, documentation, and audits.
• Contribute to internal documentation for troubleshooting steps, FAQs, and workflows.
• Support IT Operations projects related to system improvements, automation, or infrastructure upgrades.
• Participate in miscellaneous tasks supporting the IT Operations team.
