DOXA Talent, Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Help Desk Support Specialist in Colombia, with a remote-friendly setup. You’ll resolve complex issues for multiple client environments and provide final-tier escalations.

The role requires 5+ years in IT help desk or systems administration, strong Windows/macOS/Linux support, Microsoft 365 administration, AD/Entra ID, and solid networking skills. English proficiency and a proactive, customer-focused approach are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in IT/CS or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in IT Help Desk, Technical Support, or Systems Administration with senior escalations.
• MSP experience or multi-client support preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as final escalation point for complex Help Desk issues across users, apps, access and connectivity.
• Provide advanced technical support for Windows, macOS, and Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS).
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online, MFA).
• Manage Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including hybrid identity and SSO.
• Troubleshoot network issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi) and document tickets through resolution across multiple client environments.
