Formación

• Currently enrolled or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Interest in IT operations and system troubleshooting.
• Eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to and resolve IT service desk tickets in Jira.
• Assist with diagnosing end-user device issues.
• Support device setup and distribution for employees.
• Help provision accounts and configure systems for new hires.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets.

Conocimientos

Familiarity with macOS

Familiarity with Windows

Basic networking knowledge

Strong problem-solving abilities
