A growing fintech company in Bogotá is looking for an IT Operations Intern to assist with support tasks and contribute to IT projects. This role offers the chance to gain hands-on experience in IT service delivery and operational support while working in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates are pursuing a technical degree in IT or related fields, and the internship includes mentorship and flexible working conditions. A gross monthly salary of 700 USD is provided.

Formación

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or technical program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to and resolve incoming IT service desk tickets in Jira.
• Assist with diagnosing and resolving end-user device issues.
• Support the setup, imaging, and distribution of laptops and peripherals.
• Help provision accounts and assist with onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets and contribute to documentation.

Conocimientos

Familiarity with macOS and Windows operating systems

Basic understanding of networking, device configuration, and troubleshooting

Exposure to cloud-based tools such as Google Workspace

Interest in learning IT ticketing systems, MDM platforms, and automation tools

Educación

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
