Importante empresa del sector in Bogotá seeks an IT Director to lead and execute the organization’s technology strategy, aligning information systems with business goals and ensuring operational excellence in a dynamic BPO environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, BI, and digital transformation, while managing budgets, vendors, and strategic projects to drive innovation and scalable growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• English proficiency at a B1 level or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership positions such as IT Director, Technology Director, Head of IT, or IT Manager.

Responsabilidades

• Define, implement, and oversee the company's IT strategy and roadmap.
• Ensure technology solutions effectively support and optimize business processes.
• Lead initiatives related to infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, business intelligence, and digital transformation.
• Establish and monitor IT governance, performance metrics, and service standards.
• Manage technology budgets, vendors, and strategic projects.
• Drive innovation, scalability, and continuous improvement across the technology function.
