Encora, a global technology modernization partner, seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, and SRE initiatives on-site in Bogotá. The role requires extensive program governance, risk management, and executive reporting to drive cloud transformation and operational excellence.

With 10+ years of experience in IT services and enterprise delivery, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, and deliver customer-focused outcomes.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in IT services, infrastructure, cloud operations, or enterprise technology delivery, including 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large-scale Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, and SRE programs, ensuring successful delivery through governance, planning, and execution.
• Manage program dependencies, risks, milestones, financials, KPIs, and executive reporting while coordinating offshore and onshore teams.
• Partner with engineering, operations, architecture, security, and business stakeholders to drive cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, and operational excellence.
• Improve service reliability through automation, observability, incident reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
