Job summary

Empresaconfidencial in Bogotá seeks an experienced IT Specialist to manage and maintain IT equipment, and to install and configure systems on servers. You will provide second-level support on-site Monday to Thursday, with Fridays from home, and direct employment with the company.

You will monitor backups, vulnerability scans, security bulletins, and OS updates; participate in IT infrastructure development; manage inventory; and engage with vendors for procurement.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in IT-related roles.
• Advanced knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented mindset and ability to assist non-technical users.
• Proactive approach to improving IT processes and services.

Responsibilities
