Find Job Latam is seeking an Infrastructure Manager to join the team. The role leads IT infrastructure operations and a multi-disciplinary technical team, with a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in IT infrastructure operations.

The candidate will manage networks, data centers/clouds, and NOC operations; oversee service delivery, governance meetings, and executive communications, coordinating across regions. Advanced English required.

Job Summary

We are seeking an Infrastructure Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure operations and leading multi-disciplinary technical teams. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, along with 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee IT infrastructure operations, including network, end-user computing, data center/cloud, or NOC operations.
• Lead and mentor technical teams, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to SLAs.
• Present Service Level Reviews and lead client governance meetings.
• Manage client relationships at the executive level.
• Demonstrate strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Utilize solid business acumen to understand managed services commercial models and delivery economics.
• Implement ITIL practices and run operations at scale.
• Act as a senior escalation leader during major incidents, handling executive stakeholder communication under pressure.
• Coordinate operations across multiple countries or regions.
• Provide clear and confident operational performance presentations to senior client leadership.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow or a comparable ITSM platform.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Portuguese proficiency.
