Aufgaben

• Handles Low Profile accounts.
• Will be assisting on all Onshore (Investment and/or Vendor) Communication.
• Prepare and distribute missing and matched invoice reports.
• Secure missing invoices.
• Prepare, distribute, and manage RNO Reports using IPS Workflow.
• Prepare RFI templates.
• Cost auditing buys based on completed RFI's.
• Work with vendors to revise invoices.
• Send any RNO invoices to the Activation team when requested.
• Update and request missing invoices from Google Statement.
• Request revised invoices to corresponding contacts in each Radio station and/or Cable representative.
• Clear discrepancies within Network, Estimate and Status.

Actively participates in tasks related to the successful reconciliation of advertising campaigns for clients/agencies that range on different levels of complexity and amounts, always looking for efficiency, precision, and the minimum level of error possible.
