We’re looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in international freight forwarding, capable of managing import shipments end to end — from cargo readiness and coordination with the shipper through final delivery to the customer’s warehouse in the U.S.

The operation is primarily focused on China → United States shipments via ocean and air freight, so we need someone who can take ownership, anticipate risks, solve operational issues, and keep customers proactively informed throughout the process.
