Job summary

Foremark Legal is seeking a Legal Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients across the U.S. legal market.

You will conduct intake interviews, gather case information, and guide clients through onboarding. The role requires 2+ years in legal intake or similar, experience with U.S.-based clients, advanced English (C1-C2), strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Legal Intake, Client Intake, Case Evaluation, or a similar client-facing legal role.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients and legal processes.
• Advanced English (C1-C2) required; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication, active listening, and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
