Job summary

Solvo Global Careers is seeking an experienced Intake Specialist to join a U.S.-based boutique law firm. This role is the first point of contact for prospective clients and requires prior legal intake experience, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage high call volumes.

You will conduct intake interviews by phone, gather and document case information, qualify potential matters, schedule consultations, and maintain client records in CRM and LeadDocket with strict data accuracy and

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of legal intake experience with a law firm or legal services provider.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients.
• Proven experience conducting legal intake interviews and case qualification.
• Ability to manage back-to-back inbound and outbound calls.
• Advanced/Fluent English (C1+) with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to document information while speaking with clients.
• Experience using CRM and/or legal case management systems.
• Experience with LeadDocket and high attention to data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to discuss sensitive legal matters professionally and empathetically.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake interviews with prospective legal clients via phone.
• Gather, assess, and document case-related information accurately in real time.
• Qualify potential cases based on firm criteria and intake protocols.
• Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Schedule attorney consultations and maintain follow-up communications.
• Perform preliminary legal and case-related research.
• Update and maintain client records within CRM and legal case management systems.
• Handle sensitive legal matters with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Ensure accurate data entry, workflow compliance, and status tracking in LeadDocket.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal support teams throughout the intake process.
