Position: Legal Intake Specialist (Bilingual)

We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Legal Intake Specialist with advanced English, to join our team. This role is essential for the initial evaluation, intake, and management of potential legal cases, ensuring a professional, empathetic, and efficient experience for prospective and existing clients.

The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact, playing a critical role in case qualification and internal coordination with the legal team.

Responsibilities

• Answer and qualify inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential clients in English and Spanish.
• Collect, review, and organize relevant information for case intake.
• Conduct initial case assessments based on internal guidelines.
• Accurately enter and maintain data in the case management system (CRM).
• Coordinate case assignments with attorneys and legal staff.
• Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication at all times.
• Follow up with clients and internal teams regarding pending requests.
• Support administrative tasks related to the legal intake process.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in legal intake, call center, customer service, or similar roles (preferred).
