Insider One in Colombia is seeking a motivated recent graduate to develop new sales opportunities and nurture client relationships. The role requires strong bilingual communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Formación

• Recent graduate with a degree in a related field.
• Good exposure to the e-commerce industry.

What You Will Do

• Develop our client base and execute processes to generate new sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with prospects by nurturing and educating them about our product through outbound cold calls, emails, or social media.
• Personalize content to create a human connection and ensure prospects feel valued.
• Pass on sales‑qualified leads to an account executive to close.
• Understand client needs and brainstorm interventions with the team to generate interest in targeted industries and segments.
• Participate in training sessions, learning from top‑notch sales professionals.

What You Will Need

• Recent graduate with a degree in a related field (inside sales experience is a plus).
• Good exposure to the e‑commerce industry.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
• Creative researcher to target markets, identify key players, and generate leads.
• Flexible and adaptable to a fast‑paced, start‑up environment.
• Strong problem‑identification and objection‑resolution skills.
• Preferred: digital marketing‑related experience in a customer‑oriented role.
