We’re a fast-growing, family-owned company, and we’re hiring a full-time, remote Customer Service Representative based in Colombia. If you're fluent in English, organized, and ready to be part of a supportive, fast-paced team, this is your chance to grow with a company that sees and values your contribution.

What You’ll Do

• Be the warm, professional voice of Sunny Bliss over phone, text, and email
• Book service appointments and dispatch techs using ServiceTitan
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure complete satisfaction
• Support field crews and manage updates through our scheduling tools
• Keep records accurate in our CRM and follow team processes
• Assist with membership sales and customer retention
• Do Inbound and Outbound calls

What We’re Looking For

• Based in Colombia with reliable high-speed internet
• High fluency in spoken and written English (Required)
• 1+ year of customer service experience (it is a plus for HVAC/plumbing background)
• Tech-savvy, reliable, and self-motivated in a remote environment
